High quality men are what make a tribe successful. Women are a mosaic, men are distinct. A healthy tribe has high genetic diversisty in the female population. History shows the strongest hisorical tribes have unified male populations. The women have their role, genetic health and reproduction. Men are what make the tribe work.

Your project it too narrow in scope and self defeating.

You just said why. You are exluding potential strong, capabale, resourced, competent white men because of the wife they chose.

You will lose long term with that strategy.

The quality of the men, the fathers are what matters for the long term success of a tribe.

There are low quality white men with low quality white wife that you should exclude, there are high quality white men with high quality non-white wife, that would benefit the tribe by inclusion.

Funny enough, judging the content of character (not skin color) is in fact on of the primary reasons why the tribe of the white man have been historically successful.
