No one cared about teens lying about age to enlist in the military in WW1/WW2, they were held liable as were the teens that lied about age to get married. The Old Precedent is Coming Back the same way SCOTUS reempowered the Executive Branch with US vs. Trump!
*Epstein clients could still be sued civilly, but the suits will be conducted in the context of a classic adult harassment lawsuits, no heightened penalties due to minor status. |
