Is it just to be with your family? Take care of them?
How do you find purpose in yourself? How do you find the will to get up each morning and continue earning?

Sometimes I think about how in advanced physics , we are trying to uncover the deep reality about matter, the cosmos, etc, and then i think for what purpose? What do we do once we get there?
Life is fuckin weird like that! Don’t think too hard about it.

Layers of reality my friend
Layers of reality my friend:
Quantum level - shit just popping into and out of existence in a random way that is also paradoxically mathematically predictable but not precise
Physical/chemical level - built on the quantum level, entropy, atoms going to their lowest energy states, particles colliding deterministically
Biological level - built on the chemical/physical level each organism a vessel for genetic information to be carried to the next generation. The bits of information that confer survivability and increased reproduction in a given environment move on, as the environment changes there is selection for other bits of information and the genetic information changes
Psychological level -built in the biological level, each organism behaving in a way to increase survival lability and reproduction. For humans our lives are driven by memetic desire (wanting what other people want) and status games (money, power, fame, respect, adoration) because those are the things that have been shown to increase survivability and increased reproduction
Metaphysical/religious/shared consciousness/narrative level - built on the Psychological level. Humans create stories and narratives that give our lives meaning and a reason to go on.
Human existence and societal flourishing can only be understood at that highest level. The harsh and cold truth of the previous layers cannot sustain a society

Here's a clue:
You're a subject that was placed in an environment with hundreds of thousands of factors and conditions influencing every aspect of your existence.
Every part of your body—your eyes, skin, brain, and organs—is vulnerable to diseases and deterioration. Emotionally, you're bombarded with numerous challenges, mostly negative, though some are positive.
Your financial life is a constant struggle, and your physical life is similarly affected by countless variables and conditions.
Does this sound familiar? It's remarkably similar to the life of a lab rat. You are constantly tested in social, emotional, intellectual, and physical ways. You can't see beyond this, because the rest is blocked out from you.
Your existence is filled with just enough entertainment and a superficial sense of purpose (like procreation) to keep you going. But, in reality, there's no meaningful reason for you to be here.

What we do as a conscious species is set markers for ourselves. Once we reach one marker, we advance to the next–as if we were playing a board game we think will never end, despite the fact that it will, like it or not. If you are too conscious of not liking it, then you may conceive of yourself as a biological paradox that cannot live with its consciousness and cannot live without it. And in so living and not living, you take your place with the undead and the human puppet.

Im pretty sure God said he wanted his children to be as happy as possible, to explore and take care of the Earth, and to love others as you love yourself. I think what God was trying to say is, "You Do You", have a good time, dont hurt anyone, and be chill because life is fucking short, and cancer, heart attack, or dementia is coming to visit you around age 60, sorry but that comes with the deal, so enjoy the ride while you can, Amen.
