I mostly drank Schlitz in college, since it was usually the cheapest at the Wine Cellar in Back Bay. $5.75 delivered, no questions asked. Sometimes Narraganset or Falstaff would be cheaper. In LA the cheapest was often "Beer" sold at Ralph's. It seemed to be relabeled Lucky Lager. Years ago we were up in northern Wisconsin canoeing and the lodge only carried Pabst. I rediscovered it. I heard that Griesedieck is coming back. Grab yourself a Griesedieck! In my old age I'm drinking much less of anything.
