Date: January 20th, 2026 12:05 PM Author: Khan Aithi (gunneratttt) i never get stressed when dealing with opponents and think its kind of funny when they get frazzled. ive never had a miscommunication with a male colleague that got emotional. yet with women just basic communication is an ever-present source of stress over the dumbest shit.
on friday a female superior "A" indicated she was waiting on something from female colleague in another office i don't know "B." this was supposed to be a priority item and i asked several times about the status of B, and A said she was in touch. this morning there was still nothing, and i got the feeling A had not communicated her ask from B and they both thought they were waiting on the other.
so now im in the position where i have to ask A again (which will be interpreted as implying she can't do her job or is it fault somehow) or reach out to B (same implication + going around her). i reached out to B and, sure enough, she thought she was waiting on something from A. i got it resolved and used as many exclamation points to signal postivr tone as i could, which took all of 15min, but now im pretty sure A is gonna be catty about it.
these situations are always lose/lose. this is why women are constantly at eachothers throats. i cant believe let them into the workplace and all have to act like it's not absurd that theyre larping as girlbosses. |

Date: January 20th, 2026 12:38 PM Author: Khan Aithi (gunneratttt) not flame we do have a prayer room full of muzzie stuff. im pretty sure no one uses it. ive darted in to make a quick call and visited during prayer time to see if anyone comes in -- never. we also have an "any gender" bathroom ive never seen used. ive walked into the mens room for a morning shit and saw all the stalls occupied and walked past it to the other men's room. ive seen anyone men do the same.
