i'm just guessing here: front bumper is probably nbd, wheel and tire nbd, but probably also have to try to fix the dents and paint match that passenger fender. definitely not cheap, and repair will make it lose value as a collectible, but if your whole business is renting it out to proles on turo, then yes, i think it's probably a good investment to repair. otoh if the car has a ton of deferred maintenance that he's been putting off, you'd be surprised how high it could be to get up to snuff
