Rewarding to quit though: the mental effort involved around getting cigs/chew/vapes/pouches (where’s my lighter? Do I need to get another pack? Does the gas station have the pouch flavor I like?) etc, the money saved, the sleep/stamina increases are all huge pluses.
It was EXTREMELY unpleasant for three days though. So bad it makes you not want to do it again. I fucking loved nicotine too. I quit because of a family member getting diagnosed with a tobacco related cancer. |
