are you unaware that houses can be bought/sold with about the same amount of effort/time as getting out of a rental lease?
Lol at handing $ in continually increasing amounts to some jewfuck. Just do be 75 years old and having to pay $15k/mo for some shithole that costs $2k currently

I could sell my house and be out of it in a month. Last rental I left I had to pay two extra months because they couldn’t find anyone to take over my lease. All the taxes and upkeep are priced into your perpetually increasing rent and you have to live with garbage cut rate shit instead of doing what you want. lol at that not being a serf.

they could if they wanted to or really needed to but they'd rather continue taking advantage of the good financial decision they made to borrow $ when rates were at an all time low. that's hardly "serfdom". having your kids shit in a toilet 100s of other transients have already shit in and having to ask permissions to your "landlord" to change the paint color of your daughter's bedroom is actual serfdom.
double lol at renting an apartment with a family. just do hear other people's shit running through the pipes behind your walls at all hours of the night and just do have your 6 month old you just got to sleep get woken up by the sound of your neighbors fucking. no thank.

you are a retard. have fun having to beg your landlord to fix anything broken in his house that you pay him to live in only to have him do it as half assed as is legally possible.

because nobody got the actual argument correct.
the correct way to pitch crypto was: "there's a good chance it could be an insane store of value ponzi scheme like gold", but people tried to pretend like if it *did* end up becoming "digital gold" that there would be some rational reason for it being a store of value. there isn't, but turns out you don't actually need one.
that's to say nothing of the people who argued for its future value based on utility. it's still largely useless unless you're buying drugs on the internet and hundreds of billions of VC web 3.0 dollars later there isn't a case for normies to give a shit about it irl. so these people were just flat out 100% wrong, even after insane resources being poured into materializing the prophecy

Intelligently purchased rare coins can, over a 10+ year time frame, be expected to behave on par with or better than a t-bond.
With a bit of research, you can often cherry pick rare varieties for a very good price.
I'm still surprised that there are so many purported high salaries here but almost nobody's involved in the collecting markets. TSINAH's maps and CSLG's modern first-print books are the only examples that come to mind.
