At some point the customers have to fight back. They think we're addicted to the product and can never say no. It's not like Super Bowl tickets for a once in a lifetime chance to watch your team win it all. It doesn't have that much of a grip. I'm sure the core user base will stick it out but they have to be alienating a ton of potential customers. No one can afford this and it's not even something you need.
