We had one when we were young at 24 and my mom died suddenly from an undetected brain aneurysm three weeks before the baby. I was close with my mom and she was going to watch the baby during the day while we both worked. When she died I had to deal with that then being a dad two weeks later. I made a decision my wife would stay at home and watch the baby while I worked my $60k to start lawyer job and bought a $120k condo in westchester (not flame). People get jealous at 2 kids so we had 3. Another boy, then I had 3 boys. We wanted a girl and we had 4. A girl. Then people stopped inviting us to things bc we had too many kids. Then I said fuck it they’re on the ropes to I had number 5 it was a boy.

We have a $850k house now and I make around $500k a year and she stays at a home and we’re comfortable. I realized this was a 180 journey and this might be the last time I watch Toy Story and enjoy the 180 experience of being a dad to a 1 year old and we start throwing out toys and I cry each time.
