Took some STIMS.
Ate breakfast. The usual: Greek yogurt, banana, olive oil.
Went for a brisk walk in this cold weather (below 0 degrees F this morning). Froze my ass off because I wore a regular t-shirt as my base layer rather than a thermal shirt.
Watched the ending of the Bears game (I went to sleep before it ended).
About to eat some beans and have some coffee. |
