And I get how the original artist behind Charging Bull is a bit butthurt.
But such is the nature of public art.
Someone's always going to riff off of someone else's public art - we see this with graffiti/street art murals all the time.
Fearless Girl is temporary. She's also benign, and looks like she's about to sell some girl scout cookies or win a spelling bee. Quit getting all ruffled over a statue of someone in pigtails. |

Secondly, the issue that I think many have with it is that its symbolism is stupid. The bull is supposed to represent raging prosperity. The fearless girl is standing in front of the bull.
So what you have is a state street ETF ad representing women standing in the front of american financial prosperity. |
