Date: June 17th, 2026 6:51 AM Author: I said RESEMBLE vultures generally i think the idea is (and this worked for the british) you identify the better portion of the community and give them education and resources to be pillars in their community so that you don't constantly have to be wasting resources on black holes like the NGO well scams (which they complain about as they expect white people, who they often deride and hate---although perhaps less now that comrade cheng is taking over the bauxite mines in the congo---to be operating and refurbishing something as simple as a well in perpetuity) and highways to nowhere granted this doesn't always work but i don't really get the people who have much dollar and think to just endlessly make more dollar rather than making the general human community/trade value that dollar is supposed to represent wealthier by expanding access to goods and services |
