ALL of these adult day care operations in NYC are run by the Russian mob. Out of law school basically the only work I could get was with Russian lawyers repping Russian criminals. For a time the big fraud was no-fault insurance. Soon everyone doing it went to prison. Then the next big fraud was just more generic medicaid/medicare fraud and the mobsters setting up "management companies" that ran medical PC's and overbilled like crazy until everyone went to jail. Then for a time the going scam was setting up children's daycare for the city vouchers and funneling the same kid or even kids that didn't exist through a dozen day cares. Then everyone involved went to prison and that shit dried up. Adult day care is the new scam. Warms my commie heart to see it. Its the same fuckers doing it too. I'm done with shitlaw and repping Russian gangsters in America. Now I've moved to Russia and can safely watch from a distance as they hose your Yankee welfare state. |
