why dump all into one index fund? why not into different ones (international, for example)?

The S&P already captures a lot of international action -- most of those companies are global now.

I have other money in bonds. Probably 15% total of total investments. A little low, but I'm bullish on equities over next 3-5 years.

not really breh. it had a peak in 2010 only a little lower than where we are now, dropped, and then started climbing again. stocks kept on marching.

it's not too hard to see bubbles. the only question is whether you are greedy. everyone knew 2006 there was a housing bubble. everyone knew there was a dot com bubble. look at almost any of the indicators or charts and it's pretty obvious this time around too. people just don't want to be left out of a bull market and get caught with their pants down. professional managers especially can't sit out, they have to show quarterly results. woe unto the one that leaves a bull market early.
