But I should stress that you may need chiropractic care. I would have these scary attacks of numbness if I exerted myself and finally I went in for an evaluation... I was developing arthritis in my thoracic (mid-back) spine. I felt much better after a course of adjustments.
But the vitamin D is good to pursue also. |
