Going forward, based on what Jimmy said, I could see the malpractice insurer refusing to cover Chuck, but malpractice he may have committed (fucking up mesa verde) in the past while he was paid up and in good standing, I don't see how they are obligated to cover him.
If anything, I could see Chuck getting exposed, and unable to practice, which then causes a tailspin at HHM because all his clients flee and it collapses without him. |
