First is the job network that Jews have. I know some people IRL who have said that their synagogue has programs like this. Jews helping each other out, placing them in internships, etc.
Second, all that has to be done is compare Jews as a % of the population to their relative wealth. I'm sure you'll find something like they are 2% of the population yet account for 30% of the wealth, or something nuts.
Third, just as the diversity bullshit harps on the % of employees that are whites, with the implication being that "overrepresentation" of whites = horrible and not diverse, just do the same but for Jews. If a company has more than 2% of Jewish employees, especially at high levels, this is a BIG PROBLEM and must be corrected. |

Facebook comes in at 69% male worldwide, while in the US it’s 57% white, 34% asian, 4% hispanic, 2% black, and 3% two-plus races. Fully 43% of employees and 80% of senior leadership is Jewish. Only 1% of employees are Muslim and the faith is completely unrepresented in the ranks of senior leadership. |
