What will certainly happen - Forbes will cover the outcome Monday or Tuesday as they've been following it for 2 years, and it's already being covered in mainstream:

What will likely happen - Forbes will make special mention of XRP and Dwolla given current crypto fever in media. Other media outlets will cover story shortly after forbes or already planning to cover it.
What may happen - Comment is sought from the Fed, they say "we won't comment on any particular submission and the task force does not take a stance on the adoption of any proposed solution. [All are viable for market testing and development]"
What probably won't but may/ hopefully happen - Late this week to early next week regardless of Fed comment we see mainstream articles consumed by crypto madness - "Could crypto currency be future payment system in US?!" "Fed leaves crypto currency option open for nation's payment system", etc.
All mention XRP - boom by early next week.
