Metroid Prime 1 and 2 Resident Evil 4 (also the REmake and RE Zero) F-Zero GX Zelda Wind Walker and Twilight Princess Killer7 Rogue Squadron 2 (and 3 just for the co-op if you have a buddy) Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door Tales of Symphonia
Plus it has a ton of third-party titles also on the other systems of that generation. Prince of Persia, Soul Calibur 2, etc |

Anyway, DS has a ton of acclaimed Castlevania games as well as Phantom Hourglass, Link between worlds, GTA chinatown wars, new super mario brothers, the superior advance wars game, some excellent shin megami tensei titles, dragon quest ix
GBA has a great library too tho |
