Use today/tomorrow as a day to handle your neurosis and research your malady so you can fake it with the medical "professional" who just wants your copay. Email on Friday morning and say you're out for a "medical emergency/doctor's appointment." Get your FMLA paperwork together and be "sick" for a couple of weeks.
