The most expensive 5 gallon bucket I ever had cost $5, and that was because I wanted an unbranded white bucket, not the Lowe's bucket.

yeti outperforms every cooler at its pricepoint and is worth the money if you hunt or fish at all. i have two yeti travel mugs that are prized possessions. i once put hot coffee in one and put it in the fridge to cool down but hours later the coffee was still piping hot as if fresh poured. i would gladly purchase any of their products that my lifestyle requires i purchase.

There's 2 types of people in this world:

The people who love Yeti's and the people who can't afford them

nah jk they seem pretty unnecessary if you don't hunt, fish, or camp

I was given one of these for Christmas and I paid for the tray insert and utility skirt. Bait goes in the bucket, and I keep tackle in the tray and various fishing tools in the skirt. It is so fucking useful that I can't imagine fishing without it at this point.

When I have frozen bait (which I often use as I freeze the bait fish that I catch) the insulation keeps everything cold in the bucket, it's 180^180.

I know it's expensive but it's totally worth it. $3 home depot bucket and my ice melts & bait spoils immediately. It's hot as fuckballs in South Carolina so this kind of thing is really helpful.

I also use it for tailgating, as the bucket keeps my beer cold and it's small enough to where I don't have to bring a big cooler if I don't want to. It can hold ~20 cans.

I actually broke the bottom from using it so much and patched it up with marine grade hull sealant (5200) and it's back to working order.
