From reading the literature, you have a far greater chance of contracting Guillan Barre from contracting the flu itself than from the flu vaccine. On top of that, it's impossible to prove causality given that so many other benign (or serious) viruses could have been the culprit. And they probably ARE the culprit, given how many asymptomatic infections people harbor and clear without noticing. The vaccines listed are DEAD vaccines, ie the components are all dead virus parts (in contrast to live vaccines). This case would never hold up in a real court, but the government is in the business of doling out welfare to every scam artist who comes its way.
