Went up to NYC this weekend and this idea popped into my head

Pros: absolutely love real estate, love sales, extreeeeemely money motivated, and am very hard working (ESP when said hard work is tied into making more $$$), and am very fast paced

Cons: I'm already early 30s and I'd be starting at the ground floor, it seems like there is very little if any intellectual stimulation in being a broker, and seems like deals tend to take a while to close

Thoughts?

these people literally print up listings from that morning's craigslist and try to scam you into signing with them. all NYC brokers should be gassed and then set on fire.
