my last session i had some kid of dialogue with a variety of plants that were around me and the number of leaves and the freactals of certain patterns were very very obvious but we dont realize in day to day life

also the human body and how its designed you get to understand how it was formed by different planets, cycles of time, orbits etc

also i usually purge/vomit at least did intially from a lot of stupid shit i was doing regarding certain addictions and habits. you will be exposed to them and they are removedd somehow from your body in a violent purge vomit and you feel great afterwards
