a better compromise would be to make them essentially 2nd class citizens. they can stay, but they can't receive government benefits, such as social security or unemployment, Affirmative Action, etc. and they and their children won't ever be eligible for citizenship |

legal immigration acts as a low quality but still useful filter. thats why we ended up with Indian-Americans being the richest, most educated racial group in this country. If India was right next to US then Indian-Americans would be barely above blacks on education/wealth etc without legal immigration acting as a filter
so to answer your question no not all latinos are useless. but highly likely that the ones who are DACA kids are not going to do anything great. they will be middle class office drones at best or SJW agitators. We are not going to get a thiel or jobs or musk or brin or bezos or a fields medalist out of these kids |
