captain's chair leg raises with dumb bells, two sets per week (70lbs)
planks w/ weight plate on small of back, two sets of 60 seconds per week
Used to do weighted incline situps but sharklasers said it's bad for the back and I agree
Also I don't have stellaris and probably not enough time this weekend to get involved--taking the MPRE and getting tattooed tomorrow, probably having an overnight guest, then sunday I have church and a law review thing |
