Would be much better for women to have kids in their early teens, while grandparents are still spry enough to be involved and provide guidance, such that they can then enter the workforce later, when they are more seasoned & have already done the kid thing. |

and it's not like most people who are early 20s are running companies. i have way, way more responsibility and pressure now than i did from age 18-27. it's not even close.
really the only argument is playtime/extended adolescence. it's not like i couldn't do a bunch of traveling and other stuff from 35-55, particularly when i have more money, except then instead of having toddlers to worry about i have teens/college kids and so it's much easier. |

So really, reproducing in the ideal reproductive years is simply a fantasy. A somewhat achievable realistic goal for the educated is anywhere from 26-32, where there is a somewhat small subset of stable people who’ve been in long term relationships and are emotionally ready for it. |
