In eastern europe I'm noticing a lot more small cities scattered throughout the countryside, whereas in say France or Spain the pattern seems to be one or two MEGACITIES and everyone else is a country bumpkin
It's interesting that nowhere in England has square kms as dense as parts of Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, etc, with >30k people in one square. I think there's only one square in London with >20k.
