It's obtuse to suggest that you should only be able to get a judge through if you control the presidency and the House. But that's what it has come to since conservatives made it perfectly clear they would not respect process and sensible government with Garland. They're just as culpable in the race to the bottom this represents and denying the contribution of their absolutely ridiculous tactics with Garland is laughable. |
