It will be a 5-4 decision, probably narrowly tailored to argue that Harvard cannot use arbitrary measures to impose higher admission standards on Asian-Americans but will refuse to ban affirmative action outright. Colleges will then simply shift their admissions policies by eliminating the SAT/ACT as requirements and adding a video interview component and use that to justify more unqualified blacks and latinos.
