Sure you might find enough black people with LSAT's over 167 to fill out 12% of a YLS class. But then what about the 50 black students who need to go to HLS? YLS has already taken all of the black students who would have gotten into the t-10 but for affirmative action.
By the time you get you NYU you have black students scoring 159-161 on the LSAT.
By the time you get to Fordham you are talking 149-152.
Tier two black students cant read. Tier two asian students scored 163 on the LSAT. |

That said the bullshit lies about asians do not pass the laugh test.
Harvard says academics are only one of many factors:
Either 1) this is true for blacks but not true for asians at all because academics are the only factor for asians.
or
2) this is true for blacks and asians, but blacks and asians are being judged in separate applicant pools which have vastly different academic credentials.
Either way it is obvious racial discrimination and its ridiculous that harvard keeps trying to deny it. |

a 1600 SAT is necessary but not sufficient for Harvard asians.
So this either means academics are very important and the primary factor for asians but not blacks.
Or that soft factors are important for all applicants, however Harvard only considers soft factors from the applicant pool of asians who have 1600 on the SAT.
Either academics matter more for asians, or asians are judged relative to other asians, not the entire applicant pool. Two ways of saying the same thing - Quota for asians. |
