Wife has a new job working with the homeless in OC

Only works 3-4 hours a day and most of her patients are no shows, so she mainly talks to her nurses, looks at Instagram, and shops online. Bills the state for a full eight hours, so she is effectively being paid $350 an hour. One of her nurses has been billing the state for 56 hours a week, even though she only works three days a week and less than eight hours a day. They finally gave her a warning, but she wasn't fired for this obvious fraud.
Taking care of the homeless here is a huge scam here. They are giving them $1,500 a month in perpetuity for housing no strings attached. Plus free food, healthcare and other benefits. Many of them are "married" and are getting larger places to do meth all day.

This enables her to stay at home most days with our kid and still make a full-time salary.
She thinks that eventually this job is going to disappear and constantly worries about getting fired or in trouble for fraud. |
