I get about 100 grams of protein a day. Was drinking protein shakes to get another hundred, but I was gaining too much fat. Aside from that, I try to get at least ten servings of fruits and vegetables per day and avoid sugar and processed foods. Maybe 2500 calories a day.

surprised (and jealous) you can stay so lean with that many carbs

if you’re eating the same level of carbs and calories there isn’t an obvious culprit. though i bet you’re actually eating far less than you think since lifting isn’t driving your appetite
