Now I do 3 minute meditation sessions once a day on HEADSPACE and I find it is really helpful. When I get too stressed I just do it for 3 minutes (on top of my daily 3 minutes) and it's useful.
For me the stress ---> tics which is really bad, so this is good management. I got a deal off INSTAGRAM for $58 for the year. I would pay $50/session for hypnosis or stress therapy which is usually me talking to a kook or to some peppy woman. This is better. |
