Based on my research these are the changes id make:
Replace the 3 servings of fruit with one large avocado
Replace 3 servings of grains with 2 extra servings of nuts
also add one full day of fasting a week (eg go from dinner on Monday to breakfast on wednesday)
Once a week eat 1 serving of salmon or other fatty fish (only non vegan thing to eat)
Depending on weight and general health, fast 5 consecutive days every month to six months (at least two 5 day fasts a year)
this diet is to achieve maximum logevity and physical.and mental health, not aimed at those tryng to get swole or ripped
