japanese people are essentially 3 groups: 1/3 korean genetics during our initial invasion (we literally gave japan its civilization and culture) and populating of the japanese islands, 1/3 se-asian and indian admixture (keisuke honda as a prime example), and 1/3 cumskin admixture (ainus and related groups) from the northern latitudes - you can also see these huge phenotypical differences if youve ever been to japan
