edit: also, if it's a 2018+, you'll get the Gen2 3.5, which is even better than the first gen, plus you'll also get the 10 speed transmission. |

The third row seats are way too small for adults (though that's true to some extent of all cars at this size), but it's the best set up for shoving the kids in the third row and having a comfortable set up for four adults. It's perfect car for the period from oldest kid big enough for a booster until oldest kid ready to take road test for license.
Ford does the same thing that Honda does and rapes you to the tune of a $10k for the higher end package to get the captain's chairs. Highlander seems to be the only one that will do that higher end package for well under 40k. |
