But last week I put a 2 page deal summary together for a board. I circulate it to four other attorneys and by the end of the night it was about 3x as dense and font size 8 because we were told two pages. Like shit in the margins bad.
Partners are generally not the issue. It’s the detail oriented senior associates and special counsel that are so afraid of not highlighting an important detail with 100% accuracy that they completely ruin the material. |
