What is even crazier now is that now me and my friends are finding fucking VIALS OF NARCAN on the streets as well - so now the message is "We're gonna give you free needles and if you feel like the dope is extra good we have you covered with free narcan in case you overdose as well."

If you want to decrease homelessness you stop cleaning up those trash heaps, stop spending money on programs etc. Like the other poster said - it's hilarious how they treat this problem as if they just polish hard enough these people are gonna disappear off the streets into jobs / housing. |
