Lincoln Riley is the best offensive coach in college football right now. He's probably top 3-5 in all of football behind guys like McVey and Andy Reid right now. He'd have literally any NFL OC job he wanted next year and probably any open Hc job he wanted.
Not a bad look to have one guy a hell of a lot better at the side of the ball you don't coach.
