That said, she won’t win. She is a weaker candidate than Hilary. To the average voter, she’s just as shrill. To the types who wouldn’t vote for a female president, she seems even weaker than Hilary. She also doesn’t have the aura and support of Bill Clinton, and she’ll likely fare worse with minorities.
Why would undecideds who didn’t pick Hilary opt for Warren? Because she’s less crooked? It was obvious by the last election that Trump was hugely crooked, but those undecideds still broke for him. |

Date: September 25th, 2019 8:14 AM Author: cracking box office mexican many swing voters (like my parents) voted for Trump over Hillary because: 1) she didn’t want to burn the system down and address long-festering inequities; 2) personal vendetta that her personal life and private dealings were purely motivated out of political / professional calculation (i.e., not divorcing Bill Clinton but instead threatening the accusers bc it was gonna benefit her career instead of doing what was morally right for herself and others). they felt satisfaction at depriving her of her ultimate goal as karma.
Liz Warren doesn’t inspire the same personal animus. |
