Rent Control Is Awful, But How To Prevent Kike LLs From Usurious Rent Increases?

but is there some way to prevent kike landlords from fucking perfectly good tenants in the ass with ridiculous rent increases just because they know the transaction costs of moving are quite high?
the "free market" breaks down in this type of situation. do we just have to accept this, or otherwise go for full-on rent control? |
