There is a group of Solana Insiders called the Solana Collective, run by Anatoly's sister, Alevtina. It includes Chase (Developer Relations Lead), Rahim (Community Lead), and a bunch of other Lead Engineers, Extended Solana Team, etc:

I am working with the devs from Solana's first Hedge Fund Protocol and announced my fund (the first to announce) and have already recruited a couple Collective members as Senior Partners. They are looking to bless the first stablefund and I am hustling to position myself in the space. 2 Collective members have already agreed to be Senior Partners. But I'm still looking for powerful Advisors/Backers.
If I got a commitment from Exeunt/Gatormo as Advisors to the fund (perhaps 1 YR lockups of 250,000 each) this would make it the first Half-Million dollar Fund ever. Eventually more and more investors would join, leading to a million, then multi-million, potentially billions put into the Fund.

The ironic thing is that this is literally Solana's first native fund ever, not even including Stablefunds. Solrise partnered with Civic to bring in the institutions (who will be competing with SGS Ventures) but they're not even legally allowed to (yet).
If I got some backing from our whales, we could literally take an INSURMOUNTABLE first mover advantage and these hedge funds would literally be kissing our asses to join because everyone will put their assets into SGS Ventures.
We are living in some truly kooky times man.

To be fair,
LMAO
You know you're ready for the big time when your official corporate social media presence (which has existed for six months) boasts low triple digit followers, you are following more accounts than there are accounts following you back, and almost none of the 10+ posts you've made in the last day (during a historic boom that has set Crypto Twitter on fire) have received any engagement.
WHALE STATUS UNLOCKED

To be fair,
(Guy who truly understand what "shorting" an asset means now, and is definitely ready for the big leagues)
What's the better move here: Provide a few million in seed funding for your sure-fire crypto hedge fund, or directly purchase one of your ultra rare NFTs for the bargain price of $250,000? Assume I can only do one.

Once the institutions step in, there won't be any more possibility of a Native fund dominating the space.
What we're doing here is beating institutions at their game. If you get the implications here, you know what I'm setting up. If you think I don't have any idea of what I'm doing here, just ignore me.
I'm going to keep on hustling.

SGS Ventures would escrow its initial funds within Solrise, with Filip/Matt acting as guardians. Thus SGS Ventures, while Owners, would not be able to do anything but keep the initial seed/Partner vestments under trusteeship, and accept subsequent investors that come in through the Solrise protocol.
Protocol guardianship is obv the biggest key to the entire puzzle here - I need to convince the devs to give me their blessing but without some powerful SGS backers, they will bless rival funds, and not mine and my plan will be dead in the water. Thats why I announced first, out of everyone in Solana.
Obviously the structure of SGS Ventures needs to follow this model bc investors wont be putting their money into my fund if it were structured any other way.

Theres a reason why Im starting as a Stablefund. If you dont see how everything is carefully roadmapped, youre not going to make it.
The point is to capture first mover advantage, create economies of scale for the top managers - I am already close to the #1 manager, Iceberg Slim - and very, very slowly (yearly timescales) roll out Prime Brokerage functions. Im not doing any of the swapping. Im going to enable the top Fund Managers to do the work for me and reward them generously.
You gotta hustle in this space to make it man.
