These same houses are now being listed between $800k-1.2MM depending on location. Its fucking insane |

Sold it a little over a year ago for mid-$500s. Now it's worth over $600k. It's on a main road and not even in a particularly nice town.
for people our age, home ownership isn't possible if you aren't a baller, have family money or were lucky enough to ride the real estate bubble. The next generation will be completely fucked out of home ownership.
