EPAH sued him saying that this was an illegal shakedown. The slimy attorney vowed revenge against EPAH. The slimy attorney got another client who lives in Florida to sue EPAH claiming that EPAH prevented slimy attorney from being admitted pro hac in Texas in another case. EPAH filed a devastating response to that case.
If you know EPAH's IRL identity, you can search for his name in the court database for Monroe County, Florida. It's worth reading his entire response (and watching the YouTube video in his response). The whole thing is incredibly 180.
Also, as a fun aside, the attorney suing EPAH in this Florida case is the same attorney who is representing TSINAH in his eviction case. And apparently the slimy attorney who is harassing EPAH is also a poaster (albeit a quotemo). |
