Federal Criminal Discovery: inexplicably the only treatise (albeit a 1-volume) in this subject matter; written by Williams & Connolly bros; new 2d ed. only came in shitty paperback which pissed me off
Williston and Dobbs are the best in contracts and torts, respectively
Both W&M and Moore’s are absolutely indispensable if you are a civil litigator |

My answer is McCarthy on trademark, it's well organized, written in a clear and readable manner, and it's one of the few treatises (along with W&M, Nimmer) that you can cite to by itself as authoritative on a particular point of law.
