not losing weight fast enough so here's my new diet:
breakfast:
1 cup organic non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 organic banana
1 tablespoon of organic olive oil
lunch:
same as breakfast
dinner:
1 can of low-sodium organic black beans
3/4s of an organic chicken breast
dash of organic olive oil
one spoon of organic guacamole
cucumber or organic tomatoes
snack before bed:
one cup of organic Greek yogurt
2.5 cups of organic blueberries
