Date: August 13th, 2023 2:07 PM Author: Contagious lime hairy legs deer antler my diet was pure shit while depressed. pizza, doordash, and other garbage. i also had a binge eating problem. i was in great shape before the depression (6' 2" 185 lbs) but i gained around 35 lbs. with this diet i've lost around 15 lbs so far. one cheat meal per month. 10-15 more lbs and i should have abs again. i'm lifting 4-5 times a week and doing cardio every single day.
i think all the fiber in this diet keeps me from feeling hungry. took a few months of experimentation before settling on this diet. |
