Grand opening this weekend (we were going to do it last weekend but we wanted to be open for a week first to just get some feedback/train staff more). We opened last week for normal business. So far things have been going well. Last night we made almost 3K in profit which is good for a Tuesday night just opening. We have about 50 reservations right now for Sat and about 40 reservations for Friday. Should be packed once the weekend hits. All good feedback. I'll post our profits after we've been open 60-90 days along with feedback on how things are going. |
